01 / The living archive
The final image is only one page. The Totem archive keeps the ground state, every live intervention, and the finished work together.

The original series · recovered states
Move through the image as the room made it. The archive restores the ground state, every intervention, and the final work that marketplaces usually flatten into a single frame.

unfinished.
The bidding decides what it becomes.
Every bid adds a block, a mark, a character, or a fragment drawn from the bidder’s public identity. Sirius Crocodile improvises live. Collectors determine the rhythm. No one knows the final image before the auction ends.
The winner receives the resulting work; every participant remains part of its history. What appears to be a digital sculpture is also a social document, written through public on-chain actions.
The work is revealed as an open ground.
Each collector action changes the image.
The final state and its history leave together.
03 / How a Totem grows
This reconstruction turns the original Totem Simulator into a lightweight, interactive explanation. Advance the auction to see one image become a sequence.

Current auction state
The auction opens on an unfinished image. Its next state does not yet exist.
06 / A living future
The next platform will host the performance, preserve every state, and settle ownership across marketplaces and, eventually, chains.
Resolve decentralized media and recover historical metadata states from the original Solana mints.
A chain-aware auction room will publish and preserve each new image while bidding happens live.
Dedicated chain-native contracts and one shared provenance schema will make the archive network-independent.
The work is alive while we are here.
